Color Active-Matrix LCD Mini-Touch Panels
STANDARD
KEYBOARD
KEYPAD
STANDARD
Opens the keyboard pages for you to type a text string of up to
300 characters. Type the text and press EXIT SAVE to close the keyboard.
When you press the button, the mini-touch panel sends the message to the
AXCESS Control System via the mini-XLR or 4-pin AXlink connector.
KEYPAD
Sets the STRING attribute to SPECIAL KEYPAD. The special
keypad option sends the numbers you enter to the control system to perform
an operation defined in the AXCESS software program. When you press the
button, a keypad appears and you enter the numbers and press ENTER. The
mini-touch panel sends the numbers to the AXCESS Control System to
perform an operation. Refer to the AXCESS Programming Guide for more
information.
KEYBOARD
Sets the STRING attribute to SPECIAL KEYBOARD. The
special keyboard option sends messages to the control system to perform an
operation defined in the AXCESS software program. When you press the
button, a keyboard appears and you enter a message and press EXIT
CHANGE. The mini-touch panel sends the message to the AXCESS Control
System to perform an operation. Refer to the AXCESS Programming Guide for
more information.
FEEDBACK
Opens the Feedback page shown in Figure 124. The mini-touch
panel can receive f eedback (control signals) from an AXCESS Control System.
You can use the feedback option to designate how a button appears on the
mini-touch panel. Feedback options are NONE, INVERTED CHANNEL,
ALWAYS ON, CHANNEL, and MOMENTARY.
