If fixedDayEnable is set to
1, use as day of the month
to start DST.
If fixedDayEnable is set to
0, us the mapping: 1 = the
first occurrence of a given
day-of-the-week in a month,
8 = the second occurrence
of a given day-of-the-week
in a month, 15 = the third
occurrence of a given
day-of-the-week in a month,
22 = the fourth occurrence
of a given day-of-the-week
in a month
Time of day to start DST in
24 hour clock.
Mapping: 2=2 am, 14=2 pm
Day of week to apply DST.
Mapping: 1=Sun, 2=Mon,
..., 7=Sat
If set to 1 and
fixedDayEnable is set to 0,
DST starts on the last day
(specified by
