displays when 20 prints remain
and it opens and closes for each
job.)
Indicates the color Ink Cartridge
is not installed. (Note: The error
code is X.)
Indicates a Color Ink Cartridge
problem. (Note: The error code
is X.)
Indicates the color Ink Cartridge
in the Printer is out of ink. (Note:
The color ink count has reached
0.)
Indicates the Printer is unable to
function properly. (The Firmware
reports an illegal state.)

Solution
Consider having a replacement
Cartridge available. To order
additional Cartridges, refer to the
reordering information on the
Cartridge label.
Replace the Cartridge and close
the Top Cover to print.
Install the Cartridge to print or
cancel printing by pressing the
Cancel button on the front of the
Printer.
Try removing and replacing the
color Print Cartridge.
If the problem persists, install a
new color Print Cartridge.
To order additional Cartridges,
please refer to the reordering
information on the Cartridge label.
Replace the Cartridge and close
the Top Cover to print.
Call for technical assistance and
report the error code in the lower
left-hand corner of this window.
