Connecting to AC Power

WARNING
Make sure the power switch on the front panel of the base unit is OFF (in the out
position). If the power switch is ON, serious equipment damage may result when you
plug the power cord into an AC outlet.
WARNING
If you do not set the AC voltage switch correctly, serious equipment damage may result
when you turn on power to the system.
To connect the system to AC power:
1.
Make sure that the AC voltage switch on the back panel of the base unit is set to the
proper line voltage for your location. Refer to the previous figures.
2.
Connect the power cord to the back panel of the base unit, and then to a three-prong
grounded AC wall outlet. Refer to the previous figures.
