Enter the new price for price code #1 by using the 10-key
pad and then press the "ENTER" key.

Enter the account number for which the price code is
set, and then press the "ENTER" key.

To set a single price code for all accounts, press the "ALL
ACCOUNTS" key and then press the "ENTER" key.

Enter the price code (#1 - #4) for colour copying and then
press the "ENTER" key.

Enter the number using "1" through "4" keys of the 10-key pad.

If only the "ENTER" key is pressed without entering any price
code or "0" is pressed, no price per copy will be set, or previous
setting will remain valid.

Enter the price code (#1 - #4) for black/white copying and
then press the "ENTER" key.

Enter the number using "1" through "4" keys of the 10-key pad.

If only the "ENTER" key is pressed without entering any price
code or "0" is pressed, no price per copy will be set, or previous
setting will remain valid.

Continue with steps 3 to 5 for other individual accounts.
Press the "OK" key to exit the program.
