KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS
Function
Sets the time that elapses before the copier enters
the preheat mode after copying is completed.
Sets the length of time that messages are displayed.
Enables or disables sounding of beep when keys
are touched.
Prevents automatic paper selection.
Prevents automatic switching between the paper
trays.
Prohibits the use of the bypass tray during
duplex copying.
Prevents stored programs from being replaced or
deleted.
Prevents the use of the optional document feeder
when it malfunctions.
Temporarily prevents the duplex system from
operating when it malfunctions. Allows the use of the
copier but not the duplex system.
Prevents damage to the stapler while awaiting
repair service.
(The stapler is included in the optional staple sorter
(AR-SS2).)
Prevents the selection of COVERS mode.
(The COVERS mode can be used when an optional
document feeder is installed.)
Provides or prevents access to key operator programs 8-20
through a PC/modem without key operator code entry.
