KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS
Require Key Operator Code
This program is used to prevent the copier from being started by
people other than key operator. If this program is set, the message
"ENTER KEY OPERATOR CODE. -----" will appear each time the
power switch is turned to the "ON" position.

Select a paper tray on the touch panel.

Up to 3 PAPER TRAY keys appear depending on the number of
the paper tray installed (except an optional large capacity tray).

Select a paper size for [EXTRA] setting.
To select a size of INCH series, press the "INCH" key and
select a paper size.

Select the paper size which matches the paper to be loaded into
the paper tray.

To set a desired paper size for the "EXTRA" paper, press
the "SIZE INPUT" key and input the paper size.

Adjust X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) dimensions using the

keys.

The value can be set in 1 mm increments from 139 mm to 432
mm for X and from 182 mm to 297 mm for Y.

Press the "OK" key.
To require key operator code entry for access to the copier,
press the check box of "REQUIRE KEY OPERATOR CODE"
to display a check mark in the check box.
To enable access to the copier without key operator code
entry, press the check box of this program again to clear the
check mark in the check box.
