Clearing a Paper Jam

To clear a paper jam, follow the steps below:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Take the paper tray out and check if there is jammed paper
in the paper path.
3. Gently pull the jammed paper out. If you are unable to
remove the jammed paper, continue following these steps.
If you can remove the jammed paper, go to step 9.
4. If you have installed the optional 250 Sheet Lower Paper
Cassette, take the lower paper tray out and check the inside
of the paper cassette.
