To replace an ink cartridge, follow the steps below.
1. Make sure the printer is on. Determine which cartridge
needs to be replaced as indicated by the ink out light that is
flashing or on.
2. Open the appropriate ink cartridge compartment door.
The black and cyan ink cartridges are located in the left ink
cartridge compartment, and the yellow and magenta ink
cartridges are located in the right ink cartridge
compartment.
3. Lift up the ink cartridge clamp for the empty ink cartridge,
then carefully pull the empty cartridge straight out of the
printer.

Maintenance and Transportation
Warning:
If ink gets on your hands, wash them thoroughly with
soap and water. If ink gets into your eyes, flush them
immediately with water.
