Problem
The system cannot
recognize the PC card.

8 - 14 PC Card
The PC Card is not inserted into the socket or inserted incorrectly - Remove the card and
reinsert it aligning the PC Card with the slot. Push the card in until it locks into place.
The PC Card driver is not installed - Make sure to read the documentation which comes
with any new external device, and make sure you install the driver for it as this will allow
you to access any extra functions which come with your device.
