If you choose to set a
boot password, NEV-
ER forget your pass-
word.
The consequences of
this could be serious. If

your boot password
you must contact your
vendor and you may

The changes you make here affect the access to the Setup utility itself. These
settings do not affect your machine or network passwords which will be set in
your software OS. Set a Supervisor password for access to the Setup utility.
Entering a user password will not allow a user to modify the menu items.
