8 - 28 Printer
Printer
The printer cannot be added to the system or will not work.
possible cause:
The printer power is off or the printer is not cor-
rectly connected to the computer.
solution:
Check all connections and cables and the try to
reinstall the driver.
possible cause:
The printer is not turned on, or has an internal
problem.
solution:
Make sure the printer is on. You may refer to the
printer's manual for instructions on printing a
"self-test" page (a "self-test" page will print
regardless of computer connections and is a
means of insuring that the printer is actually
working).
