2.9.5.2.1 TSI/CSI

This function is used to register TSI/CSI.
*1:After the first digit is entered, "ENTER WHEN DONE" is displayed. It will not change if all characters are erased by pressing
the CLEAR key.
*2:Enter the TSI/CSI with a maximum of 20 characters (numerical characters, +, and space).
