Handling warranty issues

Updating the SyncStation driver
To operate the SyncStation via the USB port of your com-
puter, a driver software corresponding to the operating
system of your computer must be installed.
You can find this driver on the Nuendo installation disk in-
cluded in your SyncStation package, in the "Drivers" folder.
The drivers are also available in the following location:

Be sure to check for updates at regular intervals.
A "SyncStation Driver Installation-en.txt" file explaining the
installation procedure for Windows and Mac OS comput-
ers can also be found inside the "Drivers" folder on the

Updating the SyncStation firmware
Steinberg supplies the firmware running in the Sync-
Station as a separate downloadable package in the fol-
