To Program
1. If your system is configured for Hybrid mode, use Line Access Mode (#313)
to change extension X from Pooled to Key.
2. Use Line Assignment (#301) to assign all the lines to extension X that you
want the PARTNER Attendant to cover.
3. Set Line Ringing for all lines assigned to extension X to Delayed Ring.
4. Make sure extension X is not assigned as a Call Waiting (#316) extension.
5. Set the PARTNER Attendant to pick up within a specific number of rings, so if
the receptionist does not pick up a call, the PARTNER Attendant will.
