Programming
To program Personal Speed Dial numbers:
1.
Press [

Dial the number of the extension to be programmed with this feature.

Select a two-digit code by pressing [
and 99. For example, to select code 81, press [
If a number is assigned already to the code, the number appears on the
display. If no number is assigned to the code, a display similar to the
following appears:

Enter the phone number exactly as you would dial it.

At this point:
To program another Personal Speed Dial number, start from Step 3.
To program over an existing number, enter the new number after
selecting the two-digit code.
To remove a Personal Speed Dial number, enter the number's two-digit
code and press [

Continue programming or exit programming mode.
Using
System Phone
You can lift the handset or press [

If you want to call on a specific line, press the line button (or press [
and the two-digit line number) or if you want to call using a specific pool,
press the pool button (or press [
code).

Dial the two-digit Personal Speed Dial code (80–99).
If you did not specify an outside line or pool, the system automatically
selects one, turns on the speaker if the handset is in the cradle, and dials
the number. The number being dialed shows on a display phone.
Standard Phone
You can dial Personal Speed Dial numbers on a standard phone, but the
numbers must be programmed from extension 10 or 11. To dial a programmed
Personal Speed Dial number:

Lift the handset.
You hear intercom dial tone.
2.
Press [

Dial the two-digit Personal Speed Dial code (80–99).
3.
The system automatically selects an outside line and dials the number.
