Purpose
Upgrade the ESP Base subpackage.
Commit the ESP Base software.
Upgrades all subpackages, including the RPBase
subpackage, which is the last subpackage that needs to be
upgraded.
Note
This step is required to ensure that all subpackages
on the router were upgraded as part of this
procedure, and might upgrade some subpackages
that would otherwise be missed in the process.
(Optional) Verify that the subpackages are properly
installed.
Reload the RP.
The router will continue normal operation even

without a reload, so you can reload the router during
scheduled maintenance or a slower traffic period.
(Optional) Removes the unused subpackages from the
router.
