4. If visual problems such as image jumping, red or green sections, or
other noise occur, proceed to the "Display Looks Incorrect" section
(#18) in the "Troubleshooting Tree."
5. If the problem concerns the stereoscopic viewing option, determine if
the following is true on your sv6 systems. Check to see if:
• all cables are properly connected,
• all batteries are healthy and properly installed,
• emitters (if any) are switched on,
• master/slaves are appropriately software-configured
If, after applying all of these checks and the simple_stereo application
(/opt/graphics/OpenGL/demos/stereo/simple_stereo.c)
fails to display in stereoscopic mode, check the following:
• Does stereo appear on a console monitor but not on your Wide
Field Display? - proceed to "Wide Field Display" section.
• Have you substituted alternate stereo equipment and still no
stereo effect? - proceed to "Stereoscopic Viewing" section,
If simple_stereo application does not appear in stereo on your
console monitor, then you should proceed to the "Troubleshooting HP
Workstations" section.
If simple_stereo appears in stereo but your third party application
fails under the same conditions, consult the technical support for that
vendor application.
