3. Insert a small clear wire tie through the holes in the left upper and
lower mounting tabs on the bottom portion, as shown in Figure 20.

4. Route the buffer tube from the drop cable to the lower left corner of the
splice tray and secure the tube to the splice tray with the wire tie, as
shown in Figure 21.
