Modifying or Deleting Reject Fax Numbers

Press the [TX/RX Restrict.] key.
Press the [Reject FAX No.] key.
Press an unregistered key. The information will be displayed for all
keys that have already been registered.
Use the numeric keys to enter the desired Reject Fax Number.
(Maximum 20 digits)
You can use the [ ] and/or [ ] keys to move the cursor to a desired
location, and you can clear the entered number by pressing the
[Delete] key.
Press the [OK] key. The message display will return to the same
screen as was displayed in step 4. If you want to continue registering
other Reject Fax Numbers, repeat steps 4 through 6. If you are
finished registering Reject Fax Numbers, press the Reset key.
Note If you want to cancel the procedure part way through, press
the Reset key. The touch panel will return to the initial mode
settings.
Perform steps 1 through 3 of Registering New Reject Fax Numbers
on page 6-31.
Press the key which displays the Reject Fax Number you want to
modify or delete.
