Remedy
Place the printer on a flat
surface.
Remove and carefully shake
the drum unit horizontally.
Clean the window with a dry
tissue.
Replace the laser unit.
Remedy
Shake the drum unit
horizontally. Replace the toner
cartridge with a new one.
Replace the drum unit.
Recommend the user to
change the paper.
(Damp (wet) paper might be
used.)
Replace the drum unit.
Advise the user of the
specified print environment.
