SendEmail

Sends an e-mail message from a job instance.
Syntax and arguments
When initially inserted into a job, the command syntax and default arguments are:
SendEmail ( %from_address%, %to_address%, %subject%, %message% )
From address. Enter the e-mail address that the message is to be sent from.
To address. Enter the e-mail address or addresses that the message is to be sent to. Use semicolons,
commas, or spaces to separate multiple addresses.
Subject. Enter the subject of the message.
Message. Enter the message. Only text content is supported.

SendEmail ( "SANadmin@corp.com", "SANadmin@corp.com", "daily backups", "Snapshot of sales
database has finished" )

• The e-mail message is sent only if the step in the job is executed. Compare with

SetDiskGroupForSnapclone

Temporarily overrides a storage system default and specifies the disk group in which snapclones are to be
created for the snapclones created by the job.
Syntax and arguments
When initially inserted into a job, the command syntax and default arguments are:
SetDiskGroupForSnapclone ( %storsys_name%, %diskgroup_name% )
Storage System Name (%storsys_name%). Select or enter the name of the storage system on which the
snapclones are to be created.
Disk Group Selection (%diskgroup_name%). Select or enter the name of the disk group in which the
snapclones are to be created.
