Renders to a file.
More Options
Depending on the Rendering Type you select, displays either the Render
Options Dialog Box, Photo Real Render Options Dialog Box, or Photo
Raytrace Render Options Dialog Box, which provides additional rendering
options.
More Options
When File is selected, displays the File Output Configuration Dialog Box.
Query for Selections
Displays a prompt to select objects to render.
Render Cache
Specifies that rendering information be written to a cache file. As long as
the drawing geometry or view is unchanged, the cached file is used for
subsequent renderings, eliminating the need to retessellate. This saves time,
especially when rendering solids.
Render Window
Renders to the Render Window.
Shadows
Generates shadows. Applies only to Photo Real and Photo Raytrace
rendering.
Skip Render Dialog
Renders the current view without displaying the Render dialog box.
Smooth Shade
Smooths out the rough-edged appearance of a multi-faceted surface. The
surface normal is calculated, and the colors are blended across two or more
adjacent faces.
