Check and Clear Inside the Back Cover
1.
Press the release lever to open the back cover.
2.
Carefully remove any visible paper from that area.
3.
Close the back cover.
WARNING!
Do not touch the fuser (labeled) inside
the printer. It can be extremely hot. Be careful not to
touch the metal part of the motor located at the right end
of the feeder. It becomes hot after continuous duplex
printing.
