Removing the DLT Drive Module
This autoloader contains very sensitive electronic components. It is
CAUTION
important to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD). Use wrist grounding
straps and anti-static mats when removing and replacing cards and
internal assemblies.
After you have removed the front magazine, ensure the host is idle, and
the autoloader has been powered-off and unplugged, remove the drive
module using the steps below:
1. From the back of the autoloader, disconnect the external SCSI
2. Loosen the top and bottom thumbscrews on the drive module (see
Figure 2-3
