Right-click the GroupWise Post Office object that represents the Notes domain, then click
New > External User.

Type a username, then click OK.

Right-click the new External User object, then click Properties.

Fill in fields as needed to provide information about the user that you want to appear in the
GroupWise Address Book.

Click Apply to save the user information.

Click GroupWise > Gateway Aliases to display the Gateway Aliases page.
