Parameters
A four-digit integer that represents the year (for example, 2000).
year
An integer from 0 (January) to 11 (December).
month
An integer from 1 to 31. This parameter is optional.
date
An integer from 0 (midnight) to 23 (11 p.m.).
hour
An integer from 0 to 59. This parameter is optional.
minute
An integer from 0 to 59. This parameter is optional.
second
millisecond
Returns
An integer.
Description
