12.1 Indicator light status
Off
Permanently lit
12.2 Diagnostic
SET indicator light
The first time the unit is powered on, programming has not been carried out
→ Perform quick commissioning of the drive.
Programming in progress
Electronic fault
Motor thermal cut-out
→ Switch the power supply off, wait about 5 mins, then power back on
Short-circuit on connected peripherals wired input
→ Check the operation and wiring of the connected peripherals.
→ If the indicator light is still flashing, contact technical assistance.
Programming complete
Drive in low consumption mode
→ Press a button to exit low consumption mode. The indicator light should come on.
→ If the indicator light remains off, the drive is not powered on.
PROG indicator light
No radio reception when a button is pressed on the remote control
→ Check whether the remote control button has been programmed.
→ Check that the remote control is equipped with io-homecontrol radio technology.
→ Check the remote control batteries.
Radio command received but no action by the actuator
→ Check the other indicator lights to see if there is another fault.
→ The control is not operational from this position.
→ The button has been memorised for a function other than opening/closing the actuator (for example, controlling
the auxiliary output).
→ Check that the SET indicator light is continuously lit to ensure that the programming has been carried out.
PROG + SET indicator lights
The programming buttons are locked.
Unlock the SET button (see Locking the programming buttons [} 43])
12.3 Safety devices failure
In the event of a photoelectric cell failure, a key contact connected between terminals 2 and 10 enables the motorised product to be
controlled in dead-man mode after 3 minutes.
