2.3 Emergency procedures
Introduction
This section describes how to perform an emergency shutdown of Monitor UPC-900. It
also describes the result in the event of power failure.
Emergency shutdown
In an emergency situation, do as follows to stop the run:
Switch off power to the instrument by pressing the Power switch (1) on the rear panel
to the 0 position. If required, disconnect the mains power cord (2). The run is interrupted
immediately.
Power failure
In the event of power failure the run is interrupted immediately.
