When cooking milk, there is al-
ways the risk of boiling over. You
should therefore open the seal
cap in the lid and reduce the tem-
perature promptly if necessary.
1. Pour the milk, sugar and pudding rice
into the mixing bowl. Open the seal
cap in the lid!
2. Select the
and cook for approx. 30 minutes at
approx. 90 – 100°C on speed level 1.
3. Transfer the rice pudding to a sep-
arate vessel, then let it expand and
cool down.
4. Garnish with cinnamon and sugar.
