Children must not play with the device.
■
The device must not be used by children. Keep children and
animals away from the device and the connecting cable!
CAUTION: hot surfaces!
The device and accessories will become very hot when
using the cooking and steaming function. The surfaces
will still retain some residual heat after use. Do not come
into contact with heated parts while or after using the de-
vice! Only ever touch the handles and the control panel
while the device is in operation or immediately after it has
been switched off. Wait until the device has cooled down
fully before it is transported, cleaned or stored away. Use
oven gloves when handling the hot accessories.

Never immerse the main device, the mixing bowl or the con-
necting cable in water or other liquids and ensure that these
components cannot fall into water or become wet. Do not
pour any liquids directly into the main device.

Do not exceed the maximum fill level of the mixing bowl (max
marking)! There is a danger of scalding from hot items that are
being mixed splashing out. The mixing bowl could also over-
flow during operation.
■
No liquid must overflow onto the device plug-in connections.
■
Cooking devices should be set up in a stable location with the
handles (if present) to prevent the hot liquid from spilling.
■
The device must always be disconnected from the mains pow-
er when it is left unattended and before it is assembled, disas-
sembled or cleaned.
■
The device must be switched off and disconnected from the
mains power before replacing accessories or additional parts
that move during operation.
■
The cutting blades must be handled with care, in particular
when removing the blade from the bowl, when emptying the
bowl and during cleaning.
■
Do not make any modifications to the device. If the device is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, customer
service department or a similarly qualified person (e.g. spe-
cialist workshop) in order to avoid any hazards.
