BASIC RECIPES AND PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Below we provide details of how basic
foods can be prepared in this device. Do
not be afraid to be creative yourself and
invent your own creations!
Please Note!
When cooking milk, potatoes or pas-
ta, there is always the risk of boiling
over. Therefore do not leave the
device unattended and reduce the
temperature promptly if necessary.
STEAMING VEGETABLES
Ingredients
At least 600 ml of water or stock
Vegetables (as you wish)
Accessory:
Preparation
1. Pour water or stock into the mixing
bowl.
2. Place the steaming attachment on the
mixing bowl and put the vegetables
in it, use the intermediate base if
necessary (place vegetables requiring
a longer cooking time in the steaming
attachment and vegetables requiring
a shorter cooking time in the interme-
diate base) and place on the lid.
3. Select the
gramme. The cooking time depends
on the vegetable. Potatoes require
approx. 30 minutes of cooking
time, vegetables such as broccoli or
cauliflower approx. 10 minutes. You
should therefore check the vegetables
regularly during preparation to see
whether they are cooked.

For every 15 minutes of cooking
time, 250 ml of water/stock are
required.

Steaming attachment
 "Steaming" pro-
POTATOES
Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
Accessory:
Ingredients
Potatoes (as you wish), peeled and cut
into pieces
Water
Salt (to taste)
Preparation
1. Place potatoes in the mixing bowl,
cover with water, lightly salt.
2. Select the
 "Steaming" pro-
gramme and cook at 100°C for
approx. 20 – 25 minutes.
PASTA
Preparation time: approx. 12 – 15 minutes
Accessory:

Pasta (as you wish)
Water (amount as per the instruction on
the pack)
Salt (to taste)
Preparation
1. Pour the pasta, water and a little salt
into the mixing bowl.
2. Select the
 "Cooking" pro-
gramme, 100°C and speed level 1.
3. Set the time as per the instruction on
the pack plus 2 – 5 minutes.
4. Drain off the pasta through the steam-
ing attachment.
