Drive Shaft
The inserts (cutting-blade insert (5),
stirring insert (2) and whisk insert (1), shaft
extension (11)) are plugged onto the
drive shaft. The device cannot be oper-
ated without the drive shaft.
Inserting
1. Make sure that the sealing ring of
the drive shaft fits correctly. Oth-
erwise there is the risk that liquid will

The spatula is suitable for scraping out the mixing bowl.
Steaming attachment (17), intermediate base
of the steaming attachment (18), lid of the
steaming attachment (19)
For the gentle cooking of food using hot
steam that rises from the mixing bowl.
The steaming attachment must be used
together with its lid.
The intermediate base is inserted into the
steaming attachment when the foodstuffs
should not rest on top of one another (e.g.
yeast dumplings) or to cook different food-
stuffs simultaneously (e.g. vegetables and
meat).

2. Hold the drive shaft firmly at the
narrower end and plug the other end
through the opening in the bottom of
the mixing bowl (Picture E). Make sure
that it rests fully on the bottom. The
two locking lugs on the drive shaft
must be plugged through the recess-
es in the mixing bowl.
3. Hold the drive shaft firmly and turn
the mixing bowl upside down.
4. Screw the wing nuts clockwise onto
the drive shaft.
