10.3 Decommissioning
This product is easy to disassemble, and putting it out of service should not be difficult. The door elements shall be
disassembled and any waste should be correctly disposed of.
10.4 Maintenance tasks and frequency
The jobs and frequency involved in preventative safety maintenance recommended for Manusa pedestrian automatic
doors are as follows:
General adjustment
Clean interior of operator and track profile
Adjust operator fixing systems
Retighten the operator screws/nuts
Inspect and adjust drive belt, motor pinions and transmission pulleys
Check the condition of end clearance stops
Replace end clearance stops
Replace transmission pinions and belt
Replace track rail
Check good contact and cleanness of micro-switches and relays
Replace trolleys

Leaves and guides
Check screws/nuts and leaves hanger Retighten
Check good condition of rubber seals
Check the condition and correct movement of the sliding leaves
Check the good condition, cleanness and fixture of guides, SOS guides and
safety guides
Change the guides for door leaves T20/D20/E20/I30/C44

CONTROL ELEMENTS
Check the correct working order of the remote control switch
Check the correct working order of the remote control elements: key,
buttons, etc.
Check the lock clearance with the closing seals
Check the correct working order of the movement sensors
Check movement sensors area of detection Adjust if necessary
