To the Hi-Speed USB Cable

3. Connect one end of the Hi-Speed USB cable to your computer.
4. Connect the other end of the Hi-Speed USB cable to the scanner's USB port.
5. Hold down the Power button on the scanner's button panel to turn on the
scanner. The front orange LED indicator will light up.
Once the scanner is detected by your system, the green LED indicator will
also light up, indicating that your scanner is now ready for use.
