To import voting items:
From the "Agenda" menu, choose "Import Agenda".
The "Import Agenda" window opens.
Click the "Select import file" button, select a *.txt file and confirm
your selection by clicking the "OK" button.
The path and the file name are displayed in the field below "Import file
name".
Click the "Select destination file" button, specify the folder and name
of the new agenda file to be created and confirm your selection by
clicking the "OK" button.
The path and the file name are displayed in the field below "Destination
file name".
Click the "Start import" button.
The voting items are displayed in the lower part of the window. An
agenda file containing the data of the text file is automatically created
and saved.
Printing an agenda file
To print an agenda file:
From the "Agenda" menu, choose "Print".
The file selection box opens.
Select the agenda file to be printed and confirm your selection by
clicking the "OK" button.
The "Start Printing?" dialog box opens.
Click the "OK" button.
The selected agenda file is printed.
Note:
To automatically add a heading to the printout, see "Configuring the
voting settings" on page 33.
