[2]: The total length of the communication cable shall not exceed 1000m.
The values in this table are valid only if the external protective earth conductor is made of
the same metal as the phase conductor. Otherwise, the cross-sectional area of the external
protective earthing conductor shall be such that its conductivity is equivalent to that specified
in this table.
