When the filling of the humidifier tank falls below its minimum level during operation
the system will beep and indicate that refilling is needed.
The humidifier stops working at that point and will resume operation only after re-
filling. Re-filling requires only 30 ml distilled water. Whenever the humidifier tank is
refilled, it is recommended to empty the condensate tank (see next section).
The humidifier will be activated only when the chamber temperature is close to the
set temperature. At higher chamber temperatures, the mist produced by the
humidifier might not be visible.
5.4.3

Emptying the Drip Tray

Condensate building up in the environmental chamber is collected in a drip tray
below the environmental chamber. As the liquid level here is not monitored, it
should be emptied regularly:
Pull out the drip tray to the right, discard of the condensate, and re-insert it to the
original position.
