Table 2: 'Read Configuration Settings' Command
This command is used to change System Event Log (SEL) behaviour when the SEL runs full. Two
options are available: stop logging when the SEL is full, or roll over (overwrite oldest event in
case of new event). This rule is applied to subsequent entries being written to the SEL.
