• Do not use the battery charger in hazardous
locations or near explosive substances.
• Do not cover the battery charger.
To attach the cutting deck
Note:
For cutting deck models C112X, C122X,
R137X: Before you can attach an X-model cutting deck,
you must install a front AUX power outlet kit (accessory).
Note:
Make sure that the cutting deck and the product
are on level ground before you attach the cutting deck.
1. Carefully operate the product until it is in front of the
cutting deck.
2. Push the switch for the electric lift to lower the
cutting deck. Lower the cutting deck fully until you
hear a pattering sound.
CAUTION:
minimum of 2 seconds after the cutting
deck touches the ground. This is to
make sure that the cutting deck is in float
position.
Note:
The pattering sound from the frame tunnel
does not mean that the product is defective.
3. Apply the parking brake.
4. Stop the engine.
5. Push the equipment frame down. Lift the equipment
frame lock to vertical position.

• The connection to the supply mains must be in
accordance with the national wiring rules.
WARNING:
can cause injury to fingers if you do not
operate it carefully. Hold the front edge
of the cutting deck with two hands when
you continue to the next step.
6. Push the cutting deck into the equipment frame.
Make sure that the front guide pins go in the grooves
on the equipment frame. The equipment frame lock
releases automatically.
7. Push the cutting deck in until the rear guide pins
touch the bottom of the grooves on the equipment
frame.
8. Put the drive belt around the drive pulley for the
cutting deck.
9. Put the spring handle in the spring holder.
10. Attach the front cover.
