2. Remove the right side cover. Refer to
right side cover on page 47 .
3. Remove 2 screws and remove the cup holder.
4. Remove the 4 screws and remove the footrest plate.
5. Install in opposite sequence.
To remove and install the left footrest plate
1. Remove the 4 screws and remove the footrest plate.
2. Install in opposite sequence.
To do a check of the parking brake
1. Park the product on a hard surface that slopes.
Note:
Do not park the product on a grass slope
when you do a check of the parking brake.
2. Press the parking brake pedal down (A).

3. Press and hold the lock button (B) and release the
parking brake pedal while the button is pressed.
4. If the product starts to move, let an approved service
agent adjust the parking brake.
5. Press the parking brake pedal again to release the
parking brake.
To replace the fuel filter
1. Remove the engine cover to get access to the fuel
filter.
2. Compress the fuel tank hose to prevent leakage.
3. Move the hose clips away from the fuel filter with a
pair of flat pliers.
4. Pull off the fuel filter from the hose ends.
5. Press the new fuel filter into the ends of the hoses.
Apply liquid detergent to the ends of the fuel filter to
make the connection easier.
6. Push the hose clips against the fuel filter.
To clean and replace the air filter
1. Remove the engine cover.

when the air filter is not attached.
