SN200/210 Bored Lock
7 How to Remove Outside Lever (If Necessary)
1. Insert key, rotate 45° clockwise and hold
(Fig. 7A, B).
2. Depress lever retainer with push pin tool (provided).
3. Reverse this procedure to reassemble.
Note: Be sure spacer is installed on the
back of cylinder plug.
8 How to Change Cylinder (If Necessary)
1. Remove key and cylinder from outside lever.
2. Insert new cylinder.
9 Install Lock Body
A. Lock Preset
•
Through-bolt holes – 6 and 12 o'clock (Fig. 9A).
•
Door thickness – 1-3/4" thick
(refer to B for minor adjustments).
B. Through-bolt Minor Adjustments
Through-bolt location: Rotate outside rose to match door.
•
Door thickness: Rotate outside rose to align
door thickness, marking with lock body edge.
•
Spacer bushing: Remove and realign to fit
into back of lever.
*NOTE:
If installing a 1 3/8" door, insert (1) adapter plate between door and
rose assemblies on both sides. For installation, reference (mechanical)
instruction sheet A7832.
Adjusting for a thicker door requires removal of the outside lever, scalp
and spacer bushing; see the following sections.
If preset lock does not require adjustment, proceed to Step 9C - Install Lock
