Probable Causes
Unsupported media (wrong size, thickness, type, etc.)
is being used.
The grey dials on the fuser are set for envelope
printing.
The printer needs to be calibrated.

Probable Causes
One or more of the imaging units may be defective.
One or more of the toner cartridges may be defective.
The printer needs to be calibrated.
Solutions
Use Xerox-approved media. See
page 41.
Rotate both grey dials on the fuser to the paper
setting.
Perform the color calibration procedure. For more
information see Setting Color Calibration
page 202.
Solutions
Remove the imaging units one at a time, and check
for damage. If it is damaged, replace it.
Remove the toner cartridges and check each for
damage. If one or more is damaged, replace it.
