Importing Scanned Files into an Application The Xerox Scan Utility (XSU) is a tool that allows you to scan images from the printer to your computer. Using XSU, you can create scan templates, preview images, copy images to a folder and copy images to email.

Troubleshooting Paper Feed Problems The printer is designed to function with minimal paper jams using Xerox supported media. Other media types may cause more frequent paper jams. If supported media is jamming frequently in one area, that area may need to be cleaned or repaired.
