Receive login prompt, but password not accepted
Problem You have entered the wrong password.
Solution Enter a correct password.
You can find the procedure for changing the admin password in the Nokia
Knowledge Base by contacting Nokia Customer Support.
Return the database to the default settings and then run through the system-
startup procedure again. The system-startup procedure is described in
Chapter 3, "Configuring the Appliance."
1. Log into the appliance as admin by using Voyager.
2. Under Configuration Database Management, choose Config > System >
Configuration > Manage Configuration Sets.
You see an option to create a new default configuration.
3. Create the new default configuration.
No login prompt
Problem The appliance is defective.

Troubleshooting Tip Use the full installation procedure to install a new
system. The new system completely replaces the contents of the drive. This
information might be needed to restore or reload the appliance. This
