FCC Requirements (US)

This equipment complies with FCC rules, Part 68. On the bottom of this
equipment is a label that contains, among other things, the FCC Registration
Number. When you are ready to install this appliance, contact your local
telephone company and supply them with the following information:

Should this equipment cause harm to the telephone network, the telephone
company shall, where practicable, notify the customer that temporary
discontinuance of service may be required; however, where prior written
