will be notified in advance to give you an opportunity to maintain
uninterrupted telephone service.
Do not attempt to repair or modify this equipment. If defective, return it to the
person from whom it was purchased who will in turn arrange to return it or to
have it repaired by the manufacturer. The telephone company may ask that
you disconnect this equipment from the network until the problem has been
corrected or until you are sure that the equipment is not malfunctioning. If
trouble is experienced, disconnect this equipment from the telephone line to
determine if it is causing the malfunction. If equipment is determined to be
malfunctioning, its use shall be discontinued until the problem has been
corrected.
If the terminal equipment cPCI T1 interface causes harm to the telephone
network, the telephone company will notify you in advance that temporary
discontinuance of service may be required. But if advance notice isn't
practical, the telephone company will notify the customer as soon as possible.
Also, you will be advised of your right to file a complaint with the FCC if you
believe it is necessary.
The telephone company may make changes to its facilities, equipment,
operations, procedures that could affect the operation of the equipment. If this
happens the telephone company will provide advance notice in order for you
to make necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.
If this equipment is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone
company may request that you disconnect the equipment until the problem is
solved.
There are no user serviceable components or parts in this equipment.

certification means that the equipment meets telecommunications network
protective, operational and safety requirements as prescribed in the
appropriate Terminal Equipment Technical Requirements document(s). The
