7.1 Fault elimination

Solution
Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
Check the charging cable.
Disconnect the vehicle from the charging station and
reconnect the vehicle.
Check the vehicle.

Check the charging station (plug and cable).
Disconnect the charging cable and reconnect it.
Check that the plug is not soiled (e.g. due to snow or
icing).
Check the locking mechanism (or controller).
Carefully plug the charging cable into the socket.
Disconnect the cable again.
Check the locking mechanism (or EVSE controller).
