SELECT/SET button

Function
With the SELECT/SET button, you can set the fault mask.
Possible settings:
• Monitor the link of both ports
• Monitor the redundant power supply
Setting the fault mask
Factory setting
In the delivery state (factory default), the fault mask is set so that it monitors the link of ports
P1 and P2. The two ports always change their link status together.
The redundant power supply is not monitored in the delivery state.
Changing the setting
The changed settings remain after cycling power to the device.
Different settings are displayed or made depending on how long you hold down the SET
button, as described in the following table:

Meaning
The power supply L1 or L2 is connected.
Power supply L1 or L2 is not connected or the connected voltage is below 14 V DC.
