High Power DC Electronic Load 63200 Series Operation & Programming Manual
A.
Connect the DC Load, DC Power Supply, DMM and Current Shunt as Figure 12-1 shows.
Use the DMM (V) to measure the voltage passing through the module input terminal.
Be careful when doing the connection so that the contact resistance voltage drop will not
affect the reading.
B.
It is necessary to set the following conditions in CONF when the CV mode is in use.
1.
Set VON PROTECTION to NO
2.
Set Von POINT to 0
3.
Set VON LATCH ENABLE to YES
4.
Set CV CURRENT LIMIT as desired
12.3.3.1 Checking for High Voltage Range
Press CV and RANGE to select CVH. The screen shows:
Press ENTER again to go to the next screen and select 2.
Press ENTER again to go to the next screen and select 0.
Press ENTER again to go to the next screen and select 1.
Press ENTER again to go to the next screen and select the required current.
C.
The current shunt range is 250A. Input the voltage listed in Table 12-8. Press LOAD
ON/OFF to start the Load. Refer to the DMM (V) value and adjust the DC Power
Supply value to be the same as the previous test model, and then wait for 30 seconds.
Record the DMM (V) voltage passed through the Load input terminal and the DMM (I)
reading of shunt current.
